Forums merged to groups….

Hi All,
I’ve merged the forums in to groups so that buddypress can also see them correctly, This way it supports avatars but loses some features I had put in bbpress (like some bbcode codes, and the buttons about the reply for quick code links.) – I’m sure I can restore these in a little time to work with buddypress groups.
The old forum link is still working but I’m sure I should move this now since buddypress is incharge of it.

BBCode support added, no colour support yet but getting there.
Just needs a subscribe and the share the wealth back and I’ll be happy.
Anyone else got any comments.

Yer forum is better here, I have to get used to it but it’s alot better it also fits the layout with the front page alot better, there are still a few issues though, after placing a new topic and you want to edit main post. there must be a reply first done by yourself or another forum membet to make it possible to edit your main post, we are still having some minor issues with color fonts and it looks as if the new forums layout does not detect my Moderator account unless it’s not enabled yet hehe.

Ahh it looks like the mod account is set but you didn’t have access to the new forums I created,
I’ve went to the forum admin section for each one you have joined and made you mod.
Also this setup allows each member to create there own group forum if they want.

awesome indeed this will give the memebrs more freedom also which no other 3dfx site has hehe we have an advantage over them now
